Platform and operating systems
KvantPhone works on iOS and Android devices.
Supported iOS platforms:
- iOS 13.0 or higher
Támogatott Android platformok:
- Android 6.0 or higher
KvantPhone recommends the use of the most up-to-date operating system.
WARNING: Although the KvantPhone Software and Service may function on “rooted” or “jailbroken” devices, for security reasons the Service Provider neither recommends nor supports installing the KvantPhone Software and using the Service on such devices. The Service Provider assumes no liability whatsoever if a Subscriber accesses the Service on a “rooted” or “jailbroken” device.
Network requirements
KvantPhone has been thoroughly tested in various network configurations. The KvantPhone service can be used on any Wi-Fi or 3G, 4G, LTE and Satellite network reaching the minimum technical requirements defined below.
Technical requirements pertaining to endpoints of the KvantPhone Services and internet connection used at the endpoint:
- Appropriate (< 1%) IP packet loss ratio between the Clients and the servers of the Services
- Less than 100 ms Round Trip Delay between the Clients and the servers of the Services
Technical requirements pertaining to the internet connection used at the endpoint necessary to guarantee the maximum quality of the Services:
- No IP packet loss ratio between the Clients and the servers of the Services
- Less than 50 ms Round Trip Delay between the Clients and the servers of the Services
